We offer free - yes, free! - next-day delivery to all areas within Sydney!**

**This includes the following products: all TVs and Computer Monitors

For orders outside of Sydney, we use TNT Express or Australia Post. As soon as the order has been processed by these couriers, we’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your delivery.

No PO (Post Office) Boxes - Street address only

We're not able to deliver to PO (Post Office) Boxes. We require your full street address, and require you to be available to take delivery.

Delivery Delays

If there are any delays or other problems with your order, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.

What happens if you’re not home to accept delivery?

  • If TNT Express or Go Logistics are delivering the item, a calling card will be left so you can organise delivery another day.
  • If Australia Post is delivering the item, they'll take it to the nearest Post Office and leave a note in your letterbox. You'll need to provide proof of ID when collecting the parcel from the Post Office.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind after buying a new product, contact us at info@q-vision.com.au within 14 days of delivery to return the item, exchange it for a similar product, or return it for credit towards your next purchase. If you purchased from us via one of our marketplaces, contact us through the marketplace messaging system.

The item must be returned in a brand new, unused condition in its full original packaging. The customer bears the risks and costs of return, including return postage, which is why we recommend using a tracked service.

Please note that large and bulky appliances are excluded from our change of mind return policy.
